Drum mixer FM-200 equipped with state-of-the-art frequency inverter control and timer function, ideal for industrial applications. The machine offers stepless speed adjustment in the range of approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing for optimal adaptation to different mixing processes. The integrated timer enables precise setting of operating time; once the preset period (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds) expires, the machine stops automatically.

Control is via reliable Siemens technology, housed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For increased safety, a brake motor securely locks the drum holder during loading. If required, it can be released by a button in the handling area to enable manual rotation.

Equipment also includes an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the safety enclosure with automatic machine stop feature. The machine is supplied ready to connect with a 5-metre power cable including a CEE 16A plug.

Particularly practical is the integrated steel drip tray with a capacity of approx. 220 litres. It is designed so that, when relocating, it moves together with the safety enclosure under the machine, thus clearing the handling area. Additionally, the machine is forklift-compatible, making transport and loading easy.

A key advantage of this machine is its flexibility: Various collet chucks are available from the manufacturer, allowing different container sizes to be processed with ease in addition to the existing 200-litre bung drum holder.
