is organizing a public auction with outcry, ascending price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intent to participate before the viewing date.

If awarded, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded asset. The price will be converted into lei on the date the fiscal invoice is issued, using the BNR exchange rate applicable on that date.

The auction increment is set at 5% of the starting price.

The bidding specifications, necessary for auction participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices; it will contain the auction participation rules and will be offered for sale by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets exceeding 5,000 euros. The bidding specifications can be purchased either at the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the bidder by email.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This guarantee, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the bidder has been declared the winner and will be refunded to non-winning participants.

In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the party who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the award date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions organized by the seller.
