is organizing a public auction, with ascending price calls, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the premises of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case of non-award, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will set up a viewing date on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at tel. 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

During the course of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into lei will be carried out on the date of the fiscal invoice, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for participating in the auction will be drafted by the judicial liquidator according to standard practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets exceeding 5,000 euros. The terms of reference can be acquired from the liquidator's office or requested by telephone and will be sent by email to the participant.
The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the goods for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those not declared winners.

In case of equal price offers, the winner will be the person who commits to pay the full price in the shortest timeframe.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the award. Should the full price not be paid, the awarded bidder will lose the paid guarantee and will not be able to participate in future organized auctions.
