The compact FOBA M1000 laser workstation is designed for high-quality laser marking of small components, medium-sized workpieces, and small production runs. In addition to applications in the automotive industry, metal, tool and mechanical engineering sectors, this compact and mobile universal marking machine is especially suited for medical technology, plastics processing industries, and contract laser marking (promotional items, etc.). The M1000 enables the economical and high-quality marking of small metallic or plastic parts and series production components alike.

The marking station, which is classified as laser class 1, features a programmable Z-axis, a small worktable, and a smooth-running manually operated or optionally motorized lift door, providing three-sided access to the interior workspace. Various fiber laser markers can be integrated to cover a broad range of application requirements.

The M-Series comprises advanced manual workstations for precise and economical laser marking of small to large and geometrically complex workpieces as well as batches and small series. Modern fiber and UV lasers can be integrated, as well as camera systems for mark alignment, mark inspection, and code reading.
The high-throughput R-models feature a motorized Z-axis and a dual-station turntable, making them ideal for marking a wide range of series components (e.g. automotive interior elements, metal parts, tools, medical products such as implants or instruments).
