Industrial hall filtration ventilation — suitable for numerous technological processes in manufacturing plants, especially during metalworking operations. Conventional extraction systems that recover coolant and are mounted on machines are often insufficiently effective or simply not present. Machine retooling, frequent opening of the enclosures, or the lack of protective covers at machining heads can result in oil mist escaping into work areas, exposing personnel to harmful aerosols and vapors.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and should be considered the ideal supplementary filtration ventilation solution for workshops where comprehensive oil mist separation via coolant recovery equipment is not possible or is very difficult to achieve.

Automatic air and temperature control in the workspace. The innovative PLC-based control system monitors and compares data, detects when set thresholds are exceeded directly in the working area or at the hall ceiling, and fully automatically regulates both temperature and air quality.
