Accessories / Special Features

• This design, thanks to the infinitely variable grinding spindle speed, is also suitable for grinding high alloy tool steels. The diameter of the grinding wheel as well as the peripheral speed are set directly at the converter control cabinet.
• Automatic infeed of the grinding slide for both surface and profile grinding with
automatic infeed shut-off via contact dial gauge
• Automatic operating cycle: rough grinding, finish grinding, spark-out; adjustable for all common grinding processes with or without automatic feed, with continuous cross feed or table reversal, plunge grinding and profile grinding without cross feed.
• Rapid traverse for vertical adjustment of grinding head, short stroke function, fine cross adjustment
• Digital readout for the Y-axis for precise positioning, especially for profile grinding
• Manual straight dresser mounted above the grinding wheel, separate radius dresser (optional DIAFORM dressing unit available for profile dressing)
• Built-in permanent magnetic sine chuck 500 x 200 mm, tiltable
• Separate wet grinding system with coolant tank and band filter
• Approx. 3 flanges with and without grinding wheels, balancing scale, operating manuals
