Lift Automaton for Circulating Pallets

The lift automaton is specifically designed for transporting and stacking both empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (observe lift automaton pick-up specifications).

Hoisting Mechanism

The hoisting mechanism is integrated into the two main beams and consists of four hydraulic cylinders and eight leaf chains. The synchronous movement of the four lifting sections is hydraulically controlled and monitored by sensors.

Chassis Beams
The chassis beams also house the running gears and drive motors. The carriage is guided along the crane track via horizontal roller guides.

Technical Platform
The central hydraulic unit and the main control cabinet of the lift automaton are located on the platform.

Traverse
The traverse is used for pallet pick-up. It grips, lowers, lifts, and transports pallets. There are four grippers on the traverse, which are hydraulically actuated. The grippers engage automatically.
