For sale: a complete line for packing panels and countertops in shrink film. The line is intended for industrial protection of products before transport and storage. The system enables efficient, repeatable, and aesthetically pleasing packaging of large-sized elements.

The line comprises the following machines and equipment:

The line consists of the following components:
    1.    ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum loading crane, 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg for manual loading of panels/countertops
    2.    Belt conveyor with dimensions 3000 mm (length) x 1500 mm (width), with a smoothly adjustable guide for centering panels/countertops
    3.    Automatic film sealing machine with magazine for film rolls fed from above and below
    4.    Belt conveyor, 6000 mm (length) x 1500 mm (width), transporting panels/countertops to the automatic sealing unit
    5.    Width-adjustable automatic machine (range: 1500 mm to 150 mm), welding and cutting film on the edges of panels and countertops, also removing waste film via a transverse belt conveyor
    6.    Heat tunnel, dimensions 2050 mm x 3700 mm, power requirement 55 kW
    7.    Powered roller conveyor, 3000 mm (length) x 1580 mm (width), for collecting panels/countertops exiting the heat tunnel
    8.    ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum unloading crane, 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg for manual unloading and palletizing panels/countertops
