Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers for polyvinyl acetate (PVAC), urea-formaldehyde (UF), and polyurethane adhesives, suitable for a variety of materials such as MDF, multiplex, chipboard, composites, and plasterboard.

This type of gluing machine enables precise and homogeneous adhesive application, with dosing adjusted according to the roller profile, which must be adapted to the type of production. The heavy-duty construction and core thickness of the rollers, manufactured with increased wall thickness compared to previous models, allow for high production speed with no particular issues, and enable bonding of materials up to 2,200 mm in width. Roller removal for maintenance is straightforward, as the supports can be split in two using a practical bayonet coupling.

The machine can be equipped with various options, such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller washing device, and automatic upper roller lifting device with position display on the control panel.

The S4R/P gluing machine is used for various production applications, including the construction industry and the manufacturing of foam boards and mattresses.
