Brand-new combined universal long-belt sander – brushing machine – polishing machine in gantry design.

Sanding length and width can be customized according to customer requirements. Optionally available with two sanding belts in parallel for two workstations, enabling coarse and fine sanding without belt changes. Additionally equipped with a brushing and polishing head featuring automatic longitudinal adjustment to the left and right.

This machine is suitable for coarse and fine sanding, texturing (brushing), polishing, and high-gloss polishing of surfaces made from a wide range of materials – lacquered workpieces, natural workpieces, various metal sheets such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, and various plastics.
