RSA RASACUT SC 3000 – Fully Automatic Line for Tube Cutting, Deburring, Length Control, Washing, and Drying

This is a high-performance, fully automatic RSA line for tube processing, designed for continuous production: from raw tubes to finished tube sections cut to fixed lengths of up to 3,000 mm.

The system integrates the entire workflow:

Bundle Loading → Cutting → Deburring → Measuring (length control) → Cleaning (washing) → Drying, with automatic transfer between stations.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. Bundle Loader

Tubes are loaded by crane or forklift into the storage area. The system automatically separates and feeds the tubes onto the incoming roller conveyor, supporting continuous production from tubes up to 8,000 mm in length.

2. Cutting | RSA RASACUT SC 3000

Automatic cutting unit with servo-driven feed and electronically controlled length stop. Tubes are clamped and cut to the programmed fixed length, with adjustable cutting parameters for consistent, repeatable results.

3. Deburring | RSA RASAPLAN XY 3000

Automatic end deburring system using high-performance brushes on both sides. Each tube rotates 360° during brushing, allowing simultaneous internal and external deburring on both faces of the tube ends. Adjustment is performed automatically via central control.

4. Measuring | RSA RASACHECK 3000 A

Integrated length measuring station providing 100% inspection of finished pieces. Out-of-tolerance pieces are automatically rejected, ensuring only conforming tubes advance to subsequent stages.

5. Cleaning | RSA RASACLEAN ET 3000

Washing system designed for complete removal of chips and contamination. Tubes pass through a closed washing zone where cleaning fluid is applied under pressure, and debris is collected in a chip filter.

6. Drying | TURBODRY

Hot-air drying station with adjustable airflow and temperature. Removes droplets and condensation after washing, delivering fully dry tube sections for further handling.

7. Tooling | Extensive Set of Jaws

Supplied with a comprehensive set of clamping jaws for various tube diameters, allowing quick changeovers without the need for additional tools.
