The machine is currently disassembled and is undergoing an overhaul with the following scope:

- Complete disassembly and cleaning
- Inspection of all components
- New Tribotec lubrication unit
- Overhaul of the separate console balancing circuit
- Milling head "O" – full overhaul including replacement of gear wheels
- Replacement of gearbox bearings
- Replacement of drive belts
- Repair of ball screws and their housings
- Resealing of all hydraulic circuits on the machine and replacement of solenoid valves
- Addition of automatic lubrication for gears in the milling head
- Resealing of all hydraulic cylinders and upgrade of sealing elements
- Overhaul of hydraulic power unit
- Overhaul of Indramat feed motors and the spindle motor
- Repair and adjustment of Indramat drives
- Overhaul of the electric control cabinet with all control elements
- Replacement and modernization of the end switches throughout the machine
- Repair or replacement of cabling for the Heidenhain i TNC 426 system
- Refurbishment of the control panel
- Overhaul of the Heidenhain i TNC 426 control system including keyboard and display unit
- The machine will be fully functional and geometrically precise, verified by a test report
- New machine painting in RAL 5005 and RAL 9010 color scheme
