VIOLI VM TRI 10

Έτος κατασκευής: 2023, κατάσταση: μεταχειρισμένο, VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s Drawing Bench Year of manufacture: 2023 The VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s drawing bench is a robust and innovative machine designed for precise and efficient metal drawing operations. Featuring a useful length of 3 meters and a powerful 2,500 kg pulling capacity, its patented hydraulic system guarantees linear drawing motion, a compact design, and consistent quality. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Useful length: 3 meters Tensile force: 2,500 kg Operating hydraulic pressure: 180 bar Drawing speed: Min. 0 m/min – Max. 17 m/min Drawing reduction: Approx. 15% of section POINTER clamping force: 100 tons Tolerance: 1 mm Power supply: 400 V - 50 Hz Electric power: 9.2 kW Hydraulic oil: ISO 46 Motor power: 9.2 kW - 380 V, 50 Hz Noise level: At workplace LP < 70 dB(A) Hydraulic system: Proportional hydraulic pump Carriage movement: with recirculating ball guides Mobile design and installation of a die-holder to accommodate up to 10 dies in line with the carriage Prepared for lubricant oil cooling with an inserted stainless steel tube coil in the tank Adjustable die-holder Bar support system Lubrication tank with pump Manual clamp opening/closing via pneumatic piston Compliance: This machine meets all EU conformity regulations. DETAILED FEATURES Operating system: The system uses a hydraulic piston and patented technology to optimise space, ensuring linearity. With the drawing bore, minimising the flexing of the supporting structure. Allows for a compact die length and double the useful stroke. Clamp return: A patented dual-circuit chain system returns the clamp to its initial position. This allows... The hydraulic piston length may be half the useful stroke. Tensile force: The pulling force is in line with the drawing die. Speed control: Manually adjustable speed from 0 to 16 meters per minute (0–16 m/min). Provides precise speed adjustment and constant speed as given by the hydraulic drive. Tolerance: 1 mm. Hydraulic system: Features a proportional hydraulic pump. Motor power: 9.2 kW - 380 V, 50 Hz. Hsdpfx Ageyl U Sqs Nju Carriage: Sliding carriage with recirculating ball guides. Die-holder: Mobile construction and installation of a die-holder to accommodate up to 10 dies inline with the carriage. Lubrication: Includes a lubrication tank with pump. Also equipped with a cooling system. Lubricant oil tank with stainless steel tube coil. Die-holder: Adjustable. Bar support: Includes a bar support system. Clamp operation: Opening and closing of the clamps is manually operated via pneumatic piston. Control panel: The machine is equipped with a control panel. FUNCTION The VM/TRI25-3s hydraulic drawing bench is designed for cold reduction of the cross-section of metal rods (round or profiled), as well as hollow or cored tubes. The section reduction is achieved by drawing the product through a calibrated drawing die, using a mechanical clamp with the required force to accomplish the section reduction.
