VERTICAL HYDRAULIC BALER MG 50 TVE
Vertical hydraulic baler model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h, designed for compacting and forming bales from soft waste materials such as glass wool mats or similar products.

The MG 50 T.V.E. model features a fully enclosed compaction chamber. Both the material loading and bale extraction doors are openable. The electrical control panel is mounted on the machine side with integrated controls and is equipped with a 10-meter extension to allow placement away from the compactor. The pressing plate is operated by a single-stroke cylinder (2700 mm travel) and guided by four lateral sliding rails. Material is loaded from the front.

The compaction cycle (downward and upward movement of the press plate) is fully automatic, initiated by push-button control.

- For transportation, the machine is constructed in three parts: one with a height of 2000 mm, a second of approximately 2300 mm (the cylinder, which will be installed on site).
- Bale tying is preset and performed manually with doors open. Standard pre-cut wire or strapping can be used, facilitated by slots at the rear of the chamber.
- Bale extraction is carried out using a forklift. Special slots in the base allow easy insertion of the forklift tines.
- The bale extraction door is secured with a handwheel to ensure safe opening even with highly elastic materials. A safety micro-switch ensures the door is fully closed before operation. The upper door is lockable with a hydraulic lever system, with controls on the machine panel.
- Can be positioned against a wall; only frontal space is required for loading material and bale removal.
- The hydraulic system is fitted with a safety blocking valve to prevent the press plate from falling.
- Must be anchored to the floor. The machine is installed above a wash water collection tray.
