RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as the judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal, under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, issued by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction, by call and progressive bidding, for the individual sale of the asset identified below:
Conventional timber kiln (air/steam ventilated) brand Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a useful drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – price 41,000 Euro + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case of lack of a winning bid, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to attend, prior to the established date.

In case of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated asset(s). The price conversion into RON will be done on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The bidding specifications file required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON+VAT. This can be purchased at the liquidator’s office, or by phone, then sent to the participant via e-mail.
The participation guarantee for the auction is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the application documentation, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the final price for the assets awarded and will be refunded to those who are not declared successful bidders.

In case of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the one committing to pay the full price in the shortest possible term.

The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the moment of awarding. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
