Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered at the Trade Registry of the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Decision no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Court Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bid for the individual sale of the below-identified asset:

Baschild Italia traditional timber drying kiln (air/steam ventilation type), equipped with 6 chambers and a net drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – price €36,900 + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office, Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For inspection of the asset, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator at +40 763 478 619 and express their intention to attend, prior to the scheduled date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion into RON will be made at the official exchange rate set by BNR on the date of the invoice.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation file will be prepared by the liquidator according to industry standards and will include the auction participation rules. It will be available for purchase from the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be acquired at the liquidator's office or remotely and sent by e-mail.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the liquidator’s headquarters. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant has been declared successful bidder and will be refunded to non-winning participants.

In the case of equal bids, the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time shall be declared the successful bidder.

The payment term is 5 working days from adjudication. If payment is not completed, the successful bidder will forfeit the guarantee paid and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
