The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed under Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public auction with ascending call, for the individual sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In the event the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026 and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For asset inspections, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and state their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price to RON will be made at the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania at that time.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction documentation for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with relevant industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to €5,000 and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over €5,000. It can be purchased at the liquidator's office or ordered by phone and e-mailed to the participant.
The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded assets for the successful bidder and will be refunded to those who are not awarded.
In the case of a tie bid, the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time will be declared the winner.
The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the time of awarding. If the remaining balance is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in subsequent auctions.
