The FDV-150E/3.000 double-column hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom-designed for bending operations.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at 295 Bar, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance.

It complies with and meets all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
It consists of a rigid, welded frame with a fixed bed, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
The structure is stress-relieved and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
Engineered and designed using finite element software.
Equipped with upper and lower machined tables in C45E steel with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table guarantees precise alignment via four lateral cylindrical guide rods of 80 mm diameter, fitted with maintenance-free, bi-metallic, anti-friction bushings.
Lower table dimensions: 3,100 mm x 600 mm, T-slotted.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP

Two main double-acting cylinders with chromed plungers and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Motorized single-speed hydraulic power unit. Includes cylinder relief valve.
Glycerine-filled pressure gauge with tons reading.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7" KTP-700 COMFORT touchscreen located on the electrical panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Storage capacity for 300 programs, each program can include all the above parameters.
Operation is performed via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
For safety, the system incorporates category IV photoelectric barriers at the front working zone, two fixed side guards, and a rear interlocked guard with magnetic disconnect switch.
