Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is engineered with a range of three different capacities from 100 up to 250 tons.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The machine’s horizontal configuration allows for easy handling of large-sized beams and profiles. The latest-generation HS series horizontal hydraulic presses have evolved into highly versatile machines, offering the possibility to integrate a wide variety of tooling.
They operate at hydraulic pressures below 350 BAR to ensure increased longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded “C” frame structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Finite element analysis software is used for design and calculation, allowing us to consistently achieve the highest standards of robustness, accuracy, and quality.
They are equipped with a main anti-rotation push cylinder and a rear support table manufactured from high-strength steel and DIN 650 slotted and machined. Steel C45E support blocks are supplied as standard.
Two height-adjustable side support rollers are included as standard.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chromed piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Cylinder operation is controlled by a lever hydraulic distributor. The cylinder is fitted with a removable block to prevent piston damage.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The electrical installation features a motor protection switch with emergency stop.
Supplied as standard with a glycerine-filled pressure gauge (reading in tons) and hydraulic oil.
Compliant with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
Delivered with an instruction manual.

• Basic infeed rails from 3,000 mm up to 12,000 mm with adjustable height.
• Motorized infeed rails from 3,000 mm up to 12,000 mm.
