STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed the ST series of powered hydraulic presses with a moving gantry and adjustable head, available in three different capacities from 80 to 150 tonnes.
Specifically engineered for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design simplifies the loading and unloading of large volumes such as parts, plates, or fabricated structures. It allows access to different pressure points without moving the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the gantry.

FRAME AND TABLES:
ST series hydraulic presses are constructed with an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR structural steel. The structure is stabilised and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. Structural calculations and design are performed using finite element analysis software, guaranteeing our high standards of precision and quality.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated ram and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. The cylinder is operated by a lever-actuated hydraulic distributor. It is equipped with a removable bolster to prevent damage to the ram.
The hydraulic power unit features two speeds, with automatic switchover from approach speed to working speed via hydraulic pressure and a pressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
The electrical system includes a motor protection switch with emergency stop. The machine comes equipped with a glycerine-filled pressure gauge with tonne reading and hydraulic oil.
Fully compliant with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE standards.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
