ILAPAK DELTA 3000

The Delta 3000, right-hand version, stainless steel by ILAPAK is a modular horizontal flow wrapper, PC-controlled, equipped with four independent servomotors. It is designed for hermetically sealed packaging, allowing for relatively high-speed packing, both in a controlled atmosphere (Modified Atmosphere Packing – MAP) and without.

The machine features a 'no product – no bag' system and a misaligned product detection mechanism.

'Long dwell' sealing jaws with an oval motion ensure hermetic seals on various types of film.

Adjustable gas pressure and flow via regulating and shut-off valve.

Sealing rollers with pneumatic pressure regulation system.

Adjustable forming box.

Sealing jaw width: 345 mm

Pneumatic air evacuation system from the pack (single-piston tamper) with height adjustment and a design allowing for quick and easy sponge replacement.

'“Small product trap” function – gap-closing mechanism at the sealing jaw area.

Quality control system with empty pack rejection.
