Demonstration machine available at a special price
Our MVZ 7.5 Granulator is designed for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for secondary shredding of wood chips. Additional details following a test run with your specific material.
Our cutting mills are used for size reduction of various materials such as plastics or wood. Both shredders and cutting mills are suitable for a wide range of shredding applications.
For example, defective parts and sprues at an injection moulding machine need to be recycled. At blow moulding machines, aside from rejects, also flash and startup pipes are processed. Materials suitable for processing include blow-moulding plastics like PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes.
Material is loaded from above via a hopper into the cutting chamber. Inside, the rotor is equipped with cutting blades. The material is shredded between the rotating blades and the stationary knives in the cutting chamber housing until it is reduced to the desired regrind size and passes through the screen located beneath the rotor. *Optional: The ground material is typically conveyed pneumatically into big bags, silos, or other containers.
