Chassis:
Two fully automatically welded I-section longitudinal beams with welded crossmembers, chassis width 1,400 mm, 2" kingpin, tipping cylinder: Hyva

Axles and Suspension:
Disc brake 22.5" SAF axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t with air suspension. Axle spacing is 2 x 1,310 mm. Raise and lower valve, loading pressure gauge on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco TPMS tire pressure monitoring, 1st axle liftable without tractor head equipment, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Wheels and Tyres:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R22.5, manufacturer’s choice on Alcoa Dura Bright alloy rims in 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120.

Braking system:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO compressed air braking system with RSS, according to standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, brake wear indicator connected.

Landing gear:
Mechanical landing legs, two-speed, 2 x 20 t support load with swiveling rear foot without stand.

Electrical system:
All lights in LED design, 24 V electrical installation including: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the saddle plate on the chassis beam, yellow side marker lamps in prescribed quantity, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights, lamps according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, two multi-chamber lights at the height of the rotary bearing on aluminum brackets according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 1 LED work light on the tank, yellow warning light at the rear on hose pipe level, 2 x reverse lamps on underrun protection, 2 x reverse lamps at height of support legs (each switchable on the energy console).

Tank Construction:
A horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-chamber tank, 47,000-liter volume. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery date.
Operating parameters: Pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 bar, operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80° C.

Filling Options:
4 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding domed covers. Dome covers are pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each. Rubber support for dome covers on top for storage, rain gutter closed at the front, open at the rear.

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made of stainless steel, foldable with INOX disc for loosening, discharge cone pivotable sideways, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection: STORZ-A.

Air Pipeline:
One 2.5" stainless steel air collection pipe mounted on the right-hand control side. One stainless steel air distribution pipe 4" at the rear of the tank. Air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, upper air hose and air connection hoses in 2" STORZ couplings, Micron filter, vacuum valve on the top of the tank, 1x vibrator 1 meter before the swivel bearing.

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety rail can be raised from below with a separate folding ladder section, with parking brake when open, 1 aluminum safety catwalk runs along the left top of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank.

Discharge Hose Storage:
4 hose pipe containers, 5 m length DN 200 made of aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76.
