Marwis Hydro Wash 1200

The HYDRO WASH 1200 2-in-1 automated spray washer is a multifunctional device designed for fully automatic cleaning of parts within a motor-driven rotary basket, or—for more complex-shaped components—manual high-pressure cleaning at 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, the unit is suitable for any workshop environment. It is particularly effective for companies specializing in the reconditioning of turbochargers, steering gears, and gearboxes. To ensure operator safety and consistent cleaning parameters, the unit features an electronic control panel and a series of integrated sensors.

Operating Principle:

Before first use, fill the tank with cleaning solution. The recommended mixture is MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the correct ratio. The Hydro Wash allows for both manual and automatic cleaning modes.

a) For automatic cleaning, prepare the machine (fill with water and concentrate), close the metal glove cover, close the washer lid by pressing and holding both front and rear buttons simultaneously, and press the start button.

*Basket rotation is possible with the lid open by pressing the right button on the foot pedal or simultaneously pressing both the front and rear buttons. The metal glove cover must be closed.

b) For manual cleaning, close the washer lid by pressing and holding both front and rear buttons simultaneously, open the metal glove cover, and press the left button on the foot pedal.
