Application
This pad-dryer combination has proven to be highly effective in practice. It is used in various treatment processes involving hot air, such as drying, fixation, condensation, thermosoling, etc. This unit is implemented wherever a certain sample size is already required, for example, for producing sample collections or similar purposes.

THN Dryer
If all of the above-mentioned applications are to be ensured, and if there is also a need to use pin frames in stand-alone dryer operation, the THN type is recommended. The standard pin frames are suitable for a sample size of max. 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available on request).

To cover all of the above-mentioned applications, and if stand-alone dryer operation with pin frames is also required, the THN model should be used. The standard pin frames accommodate samples up to max. 50 x 50 cm (larger frames available on request).

Selectable options include length-adjustable frames for woven fabrics, or length- and width-adjustable material holders for knitted and warp-knitted fabrics, nonwovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.

Drying Chamber
The drying chamber, equipped with an electric control cabinet and operator panel, is mounted on a base frame and bolted into a single unit.

Excellent thermal insulation of the dryer is ensured by a double-wall design with internal insulation.

The nozzle field, with a length of 1300 mm, is divided into upper and lower nozzle sections. An adjustable damper allows you to set even air distribution above/below or to admit more air from above or below.

Fan and Heating
Intensive air circulation is ensured by a high-performance fan (capacity approx. 900–3500 m³/h) in combination with a well-matched heating output, resulting in optimal evaporation performance.

A double-protected monitoring system allows for reduced maintenance effort and increases the operational safety of the dryer.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heat-up and will be automatically reduced after reaching the desired temperature to avoid unnecessary power peaks.

Temperature is controlled via an electronic measuring and control device in the range of 20–250°C.

Fresh air is supplied directly into the recirculation fan via a blower. The desired fresh air volume can be set in stages using a selector switch.
