The NC-UV0609PEIII-II is a continuation of Nocai’s UV0609 series. This machine offers excellent value for money, versatile functionality, and robust stability, making it ideal for small-batch production requirements. Its diverse application scenarios make it suitable for industries such as advertising, gifting, stationery, crafts, and packaging.
Equipped with the Epson I1600-U1 print head, which uses micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) manufacturing technology and thin-film piezoelectric elements, the printhead provides high-precision nozzle placement (600 npi/2 rows), resulting in a compact, fast, high-quality, and durable solution.
A wide range of color configurations is available: four-color + white + varnish. This ensures versatile effects with no color limitations. Color, white, embossed varnish, and other print effects can be produced in a single pass.
It supports media thicknesses from 0 to 180 mm, accommodating products of varying thicknesses without material restrictions, offering broad applicability.
The height-adjustable ink station precisely controls the printhead position and provides comprehensive printhead protection. Utilizes UV ink technology for vivid, environmentally friendly, and sustainable results.
