Machine designed for inserting plastic thermal break strips into the slots of aluminium profiles.
The feed system uses four motorised rollers to prevent strip jamming during insertion.

The AS 242 L thermal break profile strip inserter is engineered for the efficient insertion of plastic strips into aluminium thermal break profiles, providing smooth feed, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.
