With the DGL200E double mitre saw, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws, enabling you to supply your customers with flawless, high-quality construction components. Cutting lengths can be entered into the control system of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB interface or manually via the keyboard. Special software solutions enable automatic positioning for crosscuts, overlengths, or undersized pieces, allowing you to process lengths outside the machine's standard cutting range. An optimization program with offcut processing helps to minimize waste, allowing more cost-effective operation and sustainable reduction of valuable material use—aluminum, plastic, or wood. A thermal label printer with dispenser, ergonomically positioned directly beneath the operator terminal, allows for efficient labelling of finished parts. Good and controlled offcut removal is standard with the basic machine and can optionally be supplemented by a conveyor belt system.
