System Description

The system, including pipework, is made from high-quality stainless steel, thus ensuring a long service life.

The machine is a dual-lane chain conveyor continuous washing tunnel. Its unique modular design allows for future expansion of an existing system, ensuring that the facility never becomes undersized. The system can grow alongside the operation and any additional requirements.

Hot water heating: Heat exchanger in the washing tanks for the heating circuit. Recommended supply temperature: 90°C.
Spray pipes: Threaded fittings
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter in all tanks.
Workpiece counter on both tracks.
