Designed for cutting glass beads in pairs

The RU-GLS-ED45° double glass bead saw is manually adjustable to the required length. The machine is designed for the paired cutting of glass beads at a 45° miter angle and is equipped with one fixed and one movable saw unit. Manual length adjustment is provided with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm are possible. During the cutting operation, the glass beads are clamped pneumatically from above and the front to prevent tilting. Operation is via secure two-hand safety controls. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm; machine length: 3700 mm; width: 700 mm; voltage: 400 V.
