The Scantool 100 RSX is the perfect tube grinding machine for all types of pipes and profiles. It simplifies welding and ensures a better surface finish.

The Scantool 100 RSX is designed for series production, where precision and clean workmanship are required.

Typical uses include the production of railings, frames, go-karts, mesh trolleys, wheelchairs, marine fittings, handrails, gates, fences, furniture frames, stainless steel tubes, and profile work for the food industry, among others.

The Scantool 100 RSX grinds tubes and profiles made of any material with diameters from Ø 21 to 76 mm.

Integrated Powerful Extraction
The Scantool 100 RSX is equipped with a powerful integrated extraction system that removes most of the grinding dust directly from the sanding belt.

For optimal dust collection, the Scantool 100S cyclone separator can be installed directly behind the grinding machine. The Scantool Cyclone 100S is available as an option.
