Cross Bar Milling Machine STEGHERR TYPE KSF-mini
Including standard stop with 2 sliding stops, without tools.

With the KSF-mini, all common cross bar joints required in practice can be produced quickly and precisely. The high precision is achieved as the workpiece is machined on three sides in a single clamping operation. Tool drive is via two three-phase motors; workpieces are clamped pneumatically.

The profile cutter is matched to the web width. The saw blades, which create the rebates, can be adjusted to the profile cutter’s dimensions using spacer rings. The swiveling device is backlash-free. The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
