Designed for the production of individual parts, components, and small series.

Spindle arrangement:

One cross-cut saw, one single-sided tenoning and slotting spindle, one right-hand profiling spindle, one combined tenoning-slotting spindle, and one profiling spindle suitable for accommodating multiple tools stacked above one another, equipped with pneumatic spindle movement.

Slotting table with motorized table movement and automatic transfer to the continuous, chainless rubber roller feed of the profiling unit. Height adjustment of the feed is manual.

Workpiece clamping is achieved via 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders. Length stop with scale and magnifier for setting the frame or sash outer dimension.

Tool position control (for longitudinal and cross machining) via selector switch from the operator control panel.
