Manufacturer’s Description – DWO Series Roller Coating Machine Dosing System

For roller application of liquid media such as glue (including PU adhesive suitable for machine application, cold), oil, UV oil, wax, stain, paint, lye, etc. to flat carrier materials such as wood, cork, cardboard, rigid foam, soft foam, metal, granite, etc.
Oiling, waxing, alkali treatment, and staining of furniture, floorboards, and parquet are easily accomplished.
Application of very small quantities, e.g., UV oil 5 g/m², in small or large production runs. The liquid dosage is infinitely adjustable via the dosing roller. The roller’s surface texture determines the minimum application quantity: coarse, medium, or fine grooved; open or closed pore; or smooth finish.

Various hardness grades and chemical resistances available. Each roller can be removed for cleaning in under half a minute.
All parts—except the drive—are made of high-grade, stainless materials such as V2A and aluminum.

This machine was used for applying dispersion adhesive during the bonding of PU foam and is equipped with a premium, optional stainless steel application roller (finely ground).
