CNC machining center for drilling and milling operations on aluminum or steel profiles.

Made with a cross-slide system in light alloy, ensuring significant weight reduction combined with high load resistance and maximum machining precision.

Mounted on the column in a protected position with a rotating door, the tool changer has 6 stations and can rotate in both directions.
Positioning is managed by an absolute rotary transducer, ensuring precision and reliability in position recognition.
Rotation is inverter-controlled, providing high speed and accuracy during tool changing.

- Working area
Located on the base, the working area features:
6 pneumatic (non-automatic) vices for profile clamping
Sliding on THK linear guides, ensuring precision and stability
Pneumatic clamping
Manual positioning, with position indication displayed on the control unit monitor.

- Control console
The control console integrates the operator interface, consisting of a PC, display, alphanumeric keyboard, and control panel. It is movable for greater ergonomics and operational flexibility.
