The GEA CFS Yieldjector 650 injector is designed for industrial processing plants seeking precise, consistent, and controlled brine injection. It is suitable for both bone-in and boneless products, enabling efficient processing of poultry, pork, beef, and even fish. Thanks to its homogeneous distribution system, the brine penetrates the core of the muscle uniformly, which stabilises texture and improves cooking yield. Additionally, the high needle density pattern ensures full product coverage, even on flat or delicate pieces.

The machine operates with incremental steps: the product moves forward on conveyor belts, stops under the injection head, then injection occurs with precision. Each needle features an independent retraction system. As soon as a needle encounters a bone, it instantly retracts and halts injection, preventing brine pockets and safeguarding muscle integrity. This technology minimises material loss and ensures consistent results, cycle after cycle. Furthermore, automated control via the touchscreen interface streamlines parameter adjustments, which facilitates recipe reproducibility.
