Sash assembly table, for sashes up to max. 2500 mm height with RU-SH, special screwdriver, length 3000 mm, width 1400 mm, inclination of the work platform manually adjustable. Usable width 2500 mm.

Mounting for fitting shear or fitting punch. 10 swivel-type supports for hanging the sashes, fully pneumatically foldable to allow unobstructed movement of the sashes on the table surface. Device for measuring sash fitting length for constant and variable/central handle position and any handle height for pre-drilled sashes; color-coded dimension recognition for the fittings. Support height adjustable at a stop to either 50 or 60 mm, as required.
RU-SH, special screwdriver with pneumatic depth stop, mounted on a carriage, safety controller, pneumatic height adjustment, screw feeder with automatic shut-off of the feed hopper, manual input for a second screw length at the special screwdriver, accessories included.
RA-8, revolver stop for 8 screw levels, mounted on the carriage. RA-4 pendulum rail adjustable in depth manually to left and right; each with a 4-position revolver stop.
PSF – Pneumatic clamping device for sashes against the side stops. Working height adjustable from 900 to 1000 mm. Please specify whether felt, sliding, or brush strips are to be used as supports.
