The professional, automatic Stork Townsend BBC1500W Spine Saw is a highly specialized deboning machine designed for high-capacity slaughter lines and meat processing plants. This machine is crucial for processing pork carcasses (especially bellies and middle cuts), as well as large poultry (turkeys, geese), where precise removal or scoring of the spine and dorsal bones determines product grading and final commercial value.

The machine operates through automatic centering of the product in the working area. The product is fed along dedicated guides that stabilize the carcass just before contact with the circular saw blade featuring an optimally designed tooth profile.
