The TAG Artena 16-channel Weighing and Filling Machine is a fully automated, multi-product weigher designed for the precise tray portioning of loose, delicate, small to medium-sized fruit and vegetable products.

This machine is integrated upstream in production lines, before packaging and labelling machines. Products are bulk-fed onto the weigher’s conveyor belt, then routed onto feeding belts with a dynamic hopper and gently deposited into trays. The trays are destacked and sorted on an indexed conveyor. During the four-step filling process, trays are weighed in-line thanks to a patented technology.

The machine is managed via a touchscreen control panel, providing a comprehensive overview of all machine functions.
