7 – Venjakob spray booth – equipped with 8 spray guns.
8,9,10,11,12 – Drying tunnel with mechanical top air supply via nozzles, temperature and airflow control possible in 3 zones.
13,14 – UV lamp with conveyor – two lamps set at an angle to the workpieces, also curing the edges.
15 – 4-shaft brushing machine, height and speed individually adjustable for each shaft.
16 – Intermediate sanding outfeed table
17 – Light dust cleaning unit (air blower) for surface dust removal
18 – Venjakob spray booth – features a single circuit, with the option to switch to a second by exchanging the entire spray gun rack (spare rack included) and switching the pump (two pumps included in the set).
19 – Roller conveyor, feeding prepared batches to the dryer via photocells
20 – 14-shelf drying chamber
22 – Outfeed table with two speed settings depending on the discharge speed from the painting line.
