Belt Press EBP500

This continuous press system combines innovative pressing technology with user-friendly operation. Key features of this single-belt press include pneumatic belt tensioning, automatic belt regulation, and high-pressure belt cleaning. The mash is distributed evenly onto the filter belt by the adjustable dosing box. At the end of the pressing process, the pomace is removed from the press belt by a scraper. When used in combination with our WALC and WAR65 washing systems, the fill level of the dosing box is automatically monitored and controlled.
