General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting operation principle to provide controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and hydroforming applications. The 8-guideway H-frame construction ensures maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 100/40 model features a 100-ton main ram and a 40-ton blank holder (cushion) capacity, specifically engineered for precise deep drawing and hydroforming operations. The frame is stress-relieved via vibration, ensuring a long service life and reliable operation.
