MULTI-HEAD TUBE CUTTING MACHINE TRA3000/7/8, manufactured by MAIR. Scope of supply:

1. Loading table including:
- Motorized sling loader for loading a complete bundle
- Lateral chain conveyor for feeding tubes one by one
- Upper arm with vertical adjustment (to prevent double loading of small diameter tubes)
- Longitudinal stop and tube feeder

2. TRA3000 Cutting Unit:
- 7 independent cutting heads
- All heads can be raised independently
- Linear guide with ruler for positioning of the cutting heads
- Centralized tube transport system with adjustable production cycle

3. Double receiving cradle RA3, featuring:
- Independent cradles for collecting cut tubes
- Lateral separators in the cradles to adjust tube length
- Endless motorized slings for gentle tube collection

Note: The double cradle system allows packaging and strapping on cradle 1 while production continues, without stopping the machine.

4. Main electrical cabinet and control panel.

NOTE:
- This machine has very few operating hours.
- Mechanical condition is very good.
- Only cleaning and repainting are needed to restore it to 'as new' condition.
