The STWC-600 is a fully professional, industrial dry breading machine designed for automatic and continuous coating of food products with dry breading. This machine is a key component of convenience food production lines, working directly with forming machines and wet battering machines (applying batter or pre-dip). It is the ideal solution for producing nuggets, cutlets, fish sticks, chicken wings, as well as vegetable and formed snack items.

The working width of the 600 mm mesh belt ensures excellent throughput, allowing the machine to be smoothly synchronized with high-performance frying or freezing tunnels.

Key features and operating principle:
- Full 360° coating system: The device evenly applies breading to all sides of the product. The bottom of the product is coated by moving over the so-called "breading bed" on the belt, while the top and lateral sections receive an even curtain of dry coating from the integrated curtain system.

- Breading recirculation and savings system: The machine is equipped with a built-in internal transport system (e.g., screw or vertical conveyor), which collects excess unused breading from the bottom tray and returns it to the top hopper, operating in a closed loop.

- Excess breading removal system: Equipped with an adjustable air-blow or vibration system, which effectively removes loose, excess breadcrumbs or flour from the product before it enters the fryer. This prevents oil burning and improves product appearance.
