GENERAL FEATURES
CNC-controlled drilling and milling center of C-frame design with a worktable equipped with adjustable workpiece supports and vacuum cups, suitable for:
- Vertical drilling on the panel surface
- Horizontal drilling on all four workpiece sides
- Grooving with a disc cutter in the "X" direction
- General milling operations

Self-supporting frame and worktable
Structure made of steel welded construction with the control cabinet integrated into the machine frame. Available in two different lengths and with standard workpiece supports or any aggregate carrier.
Box construction from cold-rolled steel with internal reinforcement ribs, protective devices.
Aggregate unit consisting of a drilling head with vertical spindles, horizontal spindles, an integrated grooving and saw unit, and an SCM electrospindle with HSK 63 F quick-change tool system.

Travel ranges of the gantry and the unit carrier
Movement on X, Y, and Z axes takes place via linear prismatic ball bearing guides using preloaded drives. The X-axis (moving column) is driven by a preloaded, backlash-free rack and pinion drive with a helical gear. The movement of the aggregate carrier in the Y and Z directions uses preloaded drives as well. Positioning of the working units and control of machine functions is managed by brushless three-phase servomotors and digital drives.

CNC CONTROL
The control unit consists of a numerical controller for milling and drilling machines and an upstream personal computer with a "XILOG PLUS" graphical user interface.
