Overview
This returnable glass bottling line primarily consists of equipment from KRONES and select components from other established European manufacturers, such as Hormes, RINK, and HEUFT. The line is engineered for a nominal output of 33,000 bottles per hour and includes all key process steps from depalletizing to palletizing. The labelling machine will be supplied to meet the buyer’s requirements, allowing the line concept to be tailored to the intended bottle and product portfolio. The system is suitable for returnable glass beverage applications. Based on the listed equipment, the line covers crate handling, bottle washing preparation, empty bottle inspection, high-speed filling/capping, and repacking in returnable crates. For bottles with screw caps, the RINK machine can be integrated upstream of the bottle washer; for crown cap bottles, an additional format set is required as per your note.
